Initial 90-minute mastermind session
You and I work together to create a vibrational topography map in order to get the lay of the landscape and hone in on the key themes and intentions we will be working with together over these days.
Weekly 1-1 Counseling Video Call
60 minutes of coaching. These sessions include talking integrated with somatic exercises such as EFT, meditation, pranayama, theory and yoga philosophy as they relate to your path, theme, and intention.
Weekly 1-1 guided meditation
We will agree upon the best time that works for you, and during this time you will be guided in connecting to your energy centers and/or transformational meditation.
2x Weekly Group Meditations
Private, small group meditations that are for everyone enrolled in the rapid activation at the same time.

Personal Home Yoga Practice Plan.
A home practice for you to do to support your growth and process throughout the duration of this program.
