Energy Work : Quantum Healing and Reiki
Energy work sessions address root cause and the whole being.
False beliefs keep us limited and distort our vitality. They can affect our mental and emotional health, and also can make us sick. When we remove the conditioning we have unconsciously taken on, we let go of what is not true to us, and have more space to reveal ourselves and lean in to what IS true to us, coming in to alignment with our natural state of health and wellbeing. Together, we work this from the perspective of the soul and at the level of the energy body.
1. Reiki Universal Healing Energy and Qi Renewal (medical qi-gong work) is a clothes-on table session that works with your innate and Source energy. This session amplifies coherence in your field and opens you to reconnect you to your own natural healing energy and release blockages, enabling pure source energy to reset the energy system, regulate the nervous system, and promote cellular rejuvenation. This works with body memory and energetic reprogramming. Sessions work across physical, spiritual, and emotional dimensions.
We work together using your electromagnetic field, nervous system, programming and conditioning, for de-programming and healing. Qi Protocols, spiritual guidance, and intuitive techniques connect us on a soul-to-soul level.
2. Online Option: VIRTUAL energy work: distance quantum healing and Reiki this is a virtual energy work session. You will need a private and quiet space, and can be seated or laying down. This will be a combinaion of techniques and is guided by spirit.
Returning clients may book a mini session for clearing and chakra alignment

Spiritual Coaching | or | Mentorship Coaching
Spiritual coaching is a really powerful tool to link in with what your inner self is guiding you towards and where you can release old stuff! In these sessions, I use intuitive connection, spirit and angel guidance, and a reflection of your inner wisdom. This spiritual coaching work is designed to lead you to your highest purpose and most joyful expression by gaining insight on your process, path, and blocks . We work with soul connection and root cause to help you heal from conditioning and trauma, release what is not in alignment and remove blockages, and take action steps toward your highest truth.
Coaching is for those who want to develop a deeper relationship with their authenticity, inner vision, and wisdom, and are willing to work with their shadow and blind spots. These sessions are designed to support you to align with your greatest potential and desires to thrive in whatever aspect you’re seeking support on!
Coaching sessions integrate somatic practices, qi, and kriyas when necessary.

Reiki Energy Healing - a reclined, restorative session that flows healing light. Book this session for an energetic reset and alignment. These sessions are soothing and refreshing, and are here to bring you in to alignment with health and wellbeing through the magic of Reiki.
